When your PS5 can't seem to trigger a Wi-Fi login page, the issue is often that it's not being properly redirected by the captive portal. Navigating to a plain HTTP site like nossl.sh in the PS5's browser can force the connection page to appear.
NeverSSL is a website that never uses SSL/HTTPS. This is useful for forcing captive portals to appear, as they can easily redirect non-encrypted traffic. nossl.sh serves the same purpose with added diagnostics.
Open the official Apple CNA page to force the captive assistant on iOS and macOS devices.
